The Eldritch Weekend – overall events planning and set design, filming and editing for interstitial video sections, design and build of 1hr Elizabethan alchemy themed escape room.
The Sound of the Baskervilles – six prop swords for stage combat, featuring welded ironwork basket-hilts
2012 – Dark Shadows (dir. Tim Burton) – miniatures assistant, tiled conical roof with individual clay tiles, constructed curtains, applied ageing paint effects to various parts of the 1/3 scale mansion set
2012 – The Cold Light of Day (dir. Mabrouk El Mechri) – FX assistant, built SFX rounds for dust, spark and blood impacts
2011 – Skyborn – FX/miniatures supervisor on Oscar-nominated graduation film at National Film and TV School, created smoke-filled landscapes in studio and on location, built and operated miniature flying machine and miniature cloudscape.
2011 – Conway – practical and prosthetics project for the NFTS, a parody of monster film trailers. I was part of the prosthetics design and build team, and designed and built an improved set of digitigrade stilts that were comfortable to stand, walk and run in
2010 – The Narnia Ball – planning and set build for Narnia themed event, Mr Tumnus costume including my first set of digitigrade stilts.
